A Baltimore/NY based - online garment store specializing in amazing garments, past, present, and future.

What is this site?
An unparalleled selection of underground brands and experimental garment styles, originals, vintage-imports and out-of-re-print rarities...A unifying aesthetic for a cornucopia of seemingly disparate clothing styles; an attempt to classify the unclassifiable by delineating the common threads among these styles.

Can anyone shop @ MINI METROPOLIS?
Yes! we currently do not require you to register or become an member to shop.

Do you have all your items in stock?
Everything you see on MinyMetropolis.com is in stock. If you can't find an item which you've seen previously, it means that it's sold out. If you can't choose the size that you want, it means that the size is sold out. We do not have any other items or sizes in stock, other than the ones you find on our site.

Are all your clothes authentic brand merchandise?
All our items are authentic brand merchandise which we purchase directly from the brand or their local distributors.

Will you get more of item X?
If an item is sold out quickly, we always try to aquire more, but as our suppliers work with limited stock they tend to be sold out. We can't answer any specific questions regarding deliveries of items.

Could you make a special order for this item/brand/color?
No, we can't. Everything you see on our website is in stock, and we have no other spare items. We can't make any special orders for a new color/model.

Will you start carrying any new brands, and in that case, which and when?
We're always looking for new brands to add to our store, and often make polls to find out which brands our customers are requesting. However, we can't answer if and when we're going to add a brand to our collection.

What are your shipping methods?
m|n| metropolis ships all orders within the continental United States via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Federal Express and UPS services.Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail as well. Orders to Canada and the rest of the WORLD will be shipped via Air Mail or DHL.Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination.Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. DHL and m|n| metropolis are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. m|n| metropolis cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance.Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery

What is the delivery time?
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. Depending on (UPS Federal Express/USPS/DHL) delivery times,where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship,the delivery time varies between 5-10 working days.

Can I return/exchange an item?
Yes. You may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days from delivery.. That means that you have 14 days from receiving your package to choose an exchange or refund. This assumes that the item has not been worn and is returned in the same condition as you received it.In case of a return or exchange, you cover the cost of shipping. If the return is due to a faulty item or wrong item, however, we will reimburse your shipping costs. Note that we do not reimburse the original cost of shipping.

How do I return/exchange an item?
1. Always email our customer service crew so that we can make a reservation for your exchange item. Customer service is reached @customerservice@minymetropolis.com .If you do not email us to reserve your exchange item, you'll risk it being sold out. Be prepared to state your customer and order number when you email. 2. When you've emailed customer service, fill out the return slip that was included in your package. 3. Send the item, along with the return slip, back to us; you'll find our adress on the return slip. You pay the shipping. 4. When we've recieved your return and approved of it, we send out your exchange item. If the exchange item costs less than the original item, we refund the money to your credit card.Note that you pay the return freight costs. You are responsible for items lost in transport.

I have a brand, how can I sell on M|N| METROPOLIS?
Right now we are taking submissions for consideration to be one of the brands sold on m|n| metropolis global underground marketplace.. Please submit images of what you or your company makes - clothing, jewelry, accessories, art, whatever, plus a bio on yourself, your brand or both...

Almost forgot,what form of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover,American Express or Paypal, and Google Checkout) as payment. We have discontinued money order payments for the time being as they are causing complications with deliveries.

How secure is my credit card transaction?
Our site is completely secure and you should have no concerns with safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection. Also, we have never or will ever sell or share any of the contact information you provide us. Any and all of your personal information is guarded and will only be used to contact you in regards to your order.
